The apartment has 60 square metres.
It includes:
- living room with free TV
- fitted kitchen, fully equipped
- electric stove
- dishwasher
- fridge
- pots and pans
- crockery and cutlery for 6 people
- separated bedrooms for 2 people each
(double beds)
- sofa bed in the living room for another 2 people
(sheets can be brought along or rented from us)
- bathroom (WC and shower)
Prices:
16 September – 15 June: 225€ per week
16 June – 15 September: 250€ per week
short stay: 10€ per person
group rental: 10€ per person per night
bed linen: 8€ per person for the entire stay
cleaning: 40€
advance payment with reservation: 100€
All prices include costs for electricity and water.
If the locality is left clean, the cleaning costs do not apply.
Conditions:
Included in the rental price: electricity and water.
Arrival and departure: arrival between 14.00 and 17.00 – departure until 12.00. You will receive a map with your confirmation of reservation.
Payment conditions: advance payment: 100€ with reservation. The rest of the payment has to be transferred at least 20 days before arrival.
Cancellation: If cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, we keep the advance payment. If cancelled between 59 and 20 days before arrival, we also charge 50% of the total cost of the agreed rental period. If cancelled less than 19 days before arrival, we charge the entire agreed rent. No refund if you decide to shorten your stay.
