visit of Mrs Tanson Minister of Culture
At the request of the interest group Binsfeld-Holler-Breidfeld, the Minister of Culture Sam Tanson recently visited the museum in Binsfeld.
Since 2003, the museum has been supported by the Ministry of Culture. This enabled the museum to set up visual media and develop a new children's animation program in addition to redesigning the individual rooms. Together with the mayor of Weiswampach, Henri Rinnen, and the commission of the interest group, the Minister of Culture, Sam Tanson, was given a guided tour of the museum and was presented with a traditional apple pie, freshly prepared in the museum's own oven. According to her own statements, the minister was very impressed by the professional work that has been done in recent years to modernize the museum. She was pleased that new media have been added to the museum and that visitors can watch various short films during their tour. The officials informed the guests about the new animation program for children aged 8 and above.
